Today Rural Uthaan Mission and SKY trust Kashmir organised an awareness programme on menstrual health and hygiene in villages of Jammu and Kashmir. Reusable sanitary napkins also distributed among the volunteers. Senior Doctors from Gurgaon and Bangalore were present online. Training was also given to women on how to make pads.
